Tara Bouldrey (she/her) serves NEWITY’s workforce by designing, developing, and coordinating innovative training programs and team training events specifically targeted at creating a unified team culture centered on continuous improvement and a shared goal of reaching our maximum potential as a collective. Tara firmly believes that feedback is the fuel for progress and works diligently to create a collaborative learning environment that encourages open communication, risk-taking, flexibility, and innovation. She is a strong advocate for and creator of equitable and integrous spaces that prioritize empathy and understanding toward all humans.
8 Years of Administrative & Management Support in Financial Services
Before transitioning to her Learning & Development role, Tara provided the overall management and leadership of NEWITY’s Member Services team for two years with a focus on effective communication, team building, development, motivation, and recognition.
Prior to joining NEWITY, Tara provided administrative support to RedRidge Diligence Services and ExWorks Capital for six years.
12+ Years of Professional Theatre Development, Production & Direction
Tara’s collaboration and leadership skills are rooted in and nurtured by her ongoing work in professional theatres across southwest Michigan and in Chicago; with more than 12 years of industry experience including multiple Producer and Director credits in addition to her work both onstage and in smaller technical roles behind the scenes. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre and Dance from Alma College, co-founded The (Beat) Theatre Collective in 2015, and is both Founder and President of the Board for 3rd Contact Immersive.
