Ian serves as AVP, Credit & Underwriting at NEWITY, where he leads the underwriting team and focuses on enhancing and simplifying the underwriting process to make it as efficient and user-friendly as possible for NEWITY members.
Ian is deeply committed to the success of small businesses, engaging with owners daily to help them secure the affordable SBA funding they need to grow and thrive. He finds great fulfillment in hearing how NEWITY members have utilized their loans to make a positive impact and he enjoys maintaining relationships with funded members to witness their ongoing success.
Ian’s favorite part about working at NEWITY is knowing that the company is making a significant difference by providing small businesses with access to affordable capital. This mission is particularly meaningful to him because he sees small businesses as the backbone of the economy and he feels a profound sense of purpose in contributing to their success.
