Bea Bouras (she/her) is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources function at NEWITY. She is responsible for developing a people program that attracts, retains, and promotes top talent. Bea partners with our division leaders to foster an engaging environment where passionate employees are challenged to grow professionally.   

 She is a passionate advocate for building a strong company culture that aligns and engages NEWITY’s people with the Company’s mission to help small business.  

Former Human Resources Business Partner – SG Cap Trading

Prior to joining NEWITY, Bea was the Human Resources Business Partner at SG Cap Trading, a Chicago based trading company. As the Company’s first HR hire, she was responsible for building the HR function from the ground up, an initiative that laid the foundation for doubling the organization in size.   

Bea received her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in Industrial Labor Relations. In 2022 she received her master’s degree from Cornell University’s Executive Human Resources Management program.
