"Being able to help our community, provide housing, and navigate the Real Estate landscape is our way of giving back to the community."

Owners of Pioneer Realty Group

Meet Sean and Helen, the dynamic duo behind Pioneer Realty Group based out of Chicago, IL. Driven by a passion for small business and a deep love for their local community, Sean and Helen have crafted a real estate enterprise that represents their own approach to real estate.

Sean and Helen founded their business locally and give back by helping others find homes in the same community. Additionally, they actively collaborate with the local chamber of commerce. They take great joy in seeing residents who work, live, and reinvest in the community.

Amid the challenges posed by the Covid-19 Pandemic, Sean and Helen turned to NEWITY, looking for help in accessing an SBA 7(a) loan for their business. The pandemic significantly disrupted many industries, especially real estate. However, the SBA 7(a) loan provided Pioneer Realty with the stability needed during these uncertain times. With this loan, they got peace of mind not having to worry about the “what ifs.”

With this new cash flow, Pioneer Realty Group expanded into new markets, hired additional staff, and opened a new office in Hyde Park. Additionally, this year they plan on putting a portion of the loan into a new marketing strategy.

This loan enabled Sean and Helen to reach their small business goals quickly and efficiently. We are grateful to have been their choice in accessing capital and look forward to seeing their growth.
