Meet The Salgados – enFamilia

The Salgados, owners of enFamilia.
“I think the main ingredient with NEWITY was when we realized we can trust them".

Founders of enFamilia

Meet Rocio Tafur-Salgado and Carlos E. Salgado, the founders and directors of enFamilia. The Salgados incorporated this afterschool program in September 2000. They wanted to provide programs to assist farmworkers and low-income families in Deep South Miami-Dade County, FL. The goal was to help them improve and maintain their family life.

When their program needed funding, the Salgados approached us for help with ERC filing. With trust as the main ingredient, we introduced them to our ERC Fast Track program. We assisted them with the application process, and successfully helped them file and receive fast funding. We reviewed the Salgados’ finances to make sure they followed IRS rules, so they can concentrate on their business.

Our ERC Fast Track program allowed the Salgados to receive their much-needed ERC claim withing days of filing with the IRS instead of waiting months for a check. The quick ERC funding helped the afterschool program grow, now serving about 2,000 people annually.

We are thrilled we could support the Salgados in filing for ERC and help them receive faster funding that they needed to grow. With our support in accessing small business funding, enFamilia can continue making a difference by helping improve the lives of farmworkers and low-income families in their community.
