Bea Bouras leads the Human Resources function at NEWITY, where she designs and implements programs focused on benefits, compensation, recruitment, employee engagement, and learning and development. She works closely with division leaders and team members to attract, align, and grow top talent, ensuring that NEWITY’s workforce is empowered to help small businesses thrive. 

With a strong commitment to supporting small business owners, Bea helps drive NEWITY’s mission of creating better access to capital by fostering a team that prioritizes the well-being of the small business community. Having owned and operated her own business for three years, Bea understands firsthand the challenges small businesses face and brings that experience to her work at NEWITY. She believes that access to capital is the key to growth and loves being part of a company that helps turn innovative ideas into reality.
