NEWITY LLC’s Refer a Friend Program Terms & Conditions 

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to NEWITY LLC’s Refer a Friend program (“Program”). Both existing NEWITY members (“Referrers”) and new NEWITY members (“Referrees”) agree to these Terms by participating in the Program.

All members must meet the Program’s Eligibility Requirements to participate. Referrers must use their unique referral link to make a referral to be eligible for a referral award. Referrees must use the same unique referral link when registering at www.newitymarket.com to be eligible for a referral award.

Program’s Eligibility Requirements

Referrers must be 18 years of age or older and be a member at www.newitymarket.com.

Referrees must be 18 years of age or older and sign up as a member at www.newitymarket.com. Referrees must be new to the NEWITY platform and create their account using a Referrer’s unique referral link.

NEWITY employees and third-party referral agents compensated under referral agreements are not eligible to participate in the Program.

Reward Details

All referrals must comply with these Terms and satisfy all Program criteria to be eligible for a Referrer or Referree referral reward.

A Referrer is eligible to receive a $500 in cash or as a digital gift card (at NEWITY’s option) when a Referree using the Referrer’s unique referral link registers a NEWITY account and the Referree obtains a funded SBA 7(a) loan through NEWITY. The Referree is eligible to receive a $500 in cash or as a digital gift card (at NEWITY’s option) if the Referree uses the Referrer’s unique referral link, registers a NEWITY account and obtains a funded SBA 7(a) loan through NEWITY.

General Provisions

NEWITY reserves the right to change eligibility criteria under the Program, remove referral rewards deemed to be fraud, abuse, misuse, or such other inappropriate or suspicious behavior. NEWITY may alter, modify, suspend or terminate the Program or any part of the Program at any time without notice in its sole discretion.

Only referrals which follow the Terms and satisfy all Program criteria shall be eligible for a referral reward.

Referrers may not promote the Program through paid media, by posting referral links publicly on social media, or through an arranged agreement with sales agents or other third parties that provides compensation for distributing or providing referral links from the Program.

A Referrer or Referree may be required to provide information about the other such as name and address in order to validate the referral reward and their eligibility.

All taxes associated with the receipt or use of referral awards are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Recipients are advised to consult their tax professional.
