NEWITY is America’s Source for Small Business Capital, focused on empowering entrepreneurs with access to trusted loan solutions. We are looking for a Loan Operations Support Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of work experience in inbound call center and data entry. Experience in lending or finance is a plus, but not required. This role requires strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in working in a dynamic environment and wants to break into the lending space.
Responsibilities
- Interact with IRS agents to obtain required documentation on behalf of members
- Pull borrower documents from third party sources and organize for underwriting and processing team to review
- Maintain deal pipeline and turnaround times
Qualifications
- Comfortable being on the phone 80% of the day
- Comfortable using technology and CRM platforms (HubSpot is a plus)
- Interested in joining a dynamic, high-volume environments
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and self-accountability
- Able to multi-task under time pressure
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on challenges
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Comfortable working and learning independently
