Matt Stanley (he/him) leads direct origination efforts at NEWITY. Matt brings over 30 years of experience in the commercial finance and lending industry, starting at IBM and moving to Commonwealth Financial Corporation.

Former Management Director at ExWorks Capital and Executive Vice President of Originations for RedRidge Finance Group

As the Managing Director at ExWorks Capital, Matt focused on the middle and lower middle market. Prior to his focus at ExWorks, Mr. Stanley was an original employee of RedRidge Finance Group as an Executive Vice President of originations and helped brand RedRidge both locally and nationally in all its business services.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Colorado College. Matt is also a member of the Commercial Finance Association and the Turnaround Management Association
