ERC Document Checklist

The NEWITY team can help assess your eligibility and ERC calculation with just a few documents:

1. Income Statements / Gross Receipts Support*
2. Annual Payroll Detail*
3. PPP Forgiveness Applications, if applicable
4. Form 941
5. Business Tax Returns

Please note: if you were not in business for all three years but were still impacted by restrictions, you may still be eligible.

*These documents must be included in your ERC application to be submitted to NEWITY. You may bypass the other noted documents, but they will be required to finalize your ERC calculation to submit to the IRS.
