We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Dedicated Support Analyst. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of work experience in IT help desk or IT support roles. This role requires a strong understanding of HubSpot, Windows, and Microsoft systems. You must have a high degree of patience and be familiar with conducting live trouble shooting with customers. In this role you will report directly to our Head of Technology and will support our Business Development and Partnership team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in learning more about business infrastructure and systems management.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers and partnerships team members to resolve issues
- Respond to technical support tickets for partnerships team in a timely manner
- Identifying the nature of the issues and help customers and employees resolve issues real-time
- Perform routine database maintenance in HubSpot and across other internal platforms
- Provide technical training to partnerships team
- Escalate tech bugs as needed

- HubSpot – Management and troubleshooting
- Kaseya VSA
- Remote Management
- Remote Patching
- PostgreSQL/pgAdmin
- Minor database edits – adding/removing user<->business linkage
- Running queries and exporting reports
Qualifications
- Is capable of fielding and completing most routine tasks on their own or with little guidance
- Has experience troubleshooting HubSpot issues
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on the phone in a remote setting
- Can work through tickets within a reasonable timeframe
- Is a self-starter, working through outstanding tickets without needing to be reminded
- Shows determination to work through lengthy and hard to solve IT challenges
- Demonstrates interest and ability to continue developing underlying technology skillset
