We are looking for an Office Manager to join our Chicago office. We seek candidates who can adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment, are eager to take on new challenges, and feel comfortable working with the unknown.


As the Office Manager, you will act as the front desk representative and will be expected represent NEWITY with office visitors, customers, and our employees. In this role you will work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for greeting and coordinating visitors and preparing the office each morning. You will play an important part in developing the collaborative, productive, and engaging work environment we are looking to create in our Chicago headquarters.


The Office Manager is expected in the office Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:30pm.


  • Maintain clean and presentable conference rooms, kitchen, and office space
  • Stock kitchen, bathrooms, conference rooms, and supply closet daily
  • Manage daily lunch order for the office
  • Be the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
  • Manage desk reservations and conference room/meeting pod bookings
  • Support IT with ad hoc equipment requests
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Provide general support to visitors and visiting employees
  • Maintain weekly office supply inventory and orders
  • Partner with HR in the planning and execution of company events
  • Be notary for documents that need to be signed (can obtain notary status after hire)

High School diploma or some college experience
